Born in Mumbai, Mr. Macbeth Dias stepped into the role of a family leader from a tender age, an experience that shaped his discipline and entrepreneurial mindset. After graduating from Mumbai Univeristy, he embarked on a distinguished career in the financial sector, working with some of the world’s leading banking institutions like ICICI Bank, Mashreq Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, and many more.
His professional journey took him from Mumbai to Dubai and finally to Goa, wherein he served as Branch Manager at ICICI Bank, earning him multiple accolades for his exceptional performance and leadership.
Driven by an entrepreneurial vision, he founded Aurum Properties, a trusted real estate consultancy with a commitment to delivering exceptional client services. With over 30 years of profound expertise in investment banking, sales, customer service, and real estate, he brings together institutional trust, financial acumen, and market foresight to the property sector.
Beyond his entrepreneurial journey, he has played an active role in strengthening the real estate profession. He is an active member in the industry through his association with Goa Association of Realtors (GAR) and National Asscoiation of Realtors India (NAR), where he served on the Governing Council of the GAR between 2022 and 2024.
As a man of profound values, Mr Macbeth has devoted years to philanthropy through the Lions International. Having served as the club President and currently holding the position of Zone Chariperson, he continues to champion initiatives on service and leadership. His unwavering commitment and professional excellence to both the industry and society has earned him numerous recognitions throughout his career.

Mr.Macbeth Dias is the Founder of Aurum Properties, with over 30 years of experience in investment banking, sales, customer service, and real estate. After a successful banking career with leading institutions including ICICI Bank, Mashreq Bank, and Standard Chartered Bank, he established Aurum Properties to deliver trusted, client-focused real estate solutions. He is an active member of the Goa Association of Realtors (GAR) and the National Association of Realtors India (NAR-India), and previously served on the GAR Governing Council. A dedicated community leader, he also serves the Lions Club as Zone Chairperson. Known for his integrity, expertise, and approachable nature, he has earned the trust of clients across the industry.
Jennifer Fernandes - General Manager
Mrs.Jennifer Fernandes bringing over 13 years of experience in leadership, administration, education, and people management. She holds a B.A. and B.Ed. degree from Gujarat University and is committed to delivering trusted, transparent, and client-focused real estate solutions.
Alongside her corporate role, Jennifer serves as the Director and Principal of St. Anthony's Nursery Teachers' Training Institute and is an active member of Lions Clubs International, contributing to community development through education and humanitarian initiatives.

Franshon D'souza - Head Of Media & Marketing
Mr.Franshon D'souza is a Graphic Design and Social Media Specialist with over 10 years of experience in branding, digital marketing, and content creation, along with three years of administrative expertise. He has worked as a Media and Marketing Officer for professional sports teams and organizations. holding a Bachelor's degree in Animation & VFX and a Master's degree in Sports Management, he is also a European Certified Football Coach. In 2024, he served as a coach for Calgary Rockies FC in Calgary, Canada, and continues to pursue advanced coaching and sports management qualifications. Having studied and worked in over eight countries, he brings a global perspective, creativity, and diverse industry experience.
Ruth Dias - Content Operations Specialist
Miss.Ruth Dias a content writer with over 2 years of experience in content writing, SEO, and content strategy. She has worked across the home decor, travel, assignment, and real estate industries, creating SEO-optimised blogs, website content, guest posts, and social media copy. As a Bachelor’s graduate in English, She uses her creativity and strategic thinking to create content that is both informative and results-driven. Outside of writing, she enjoys organising and hosting events, and indulging in way too many fiction books.
